- Non-delivery of the product: In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Otherwise, the product will be considered received; physical products are not subject to refund (e.g textbooks, scrubs, any products available in our book store).

We don't guarantee any result or outcome from the use of our products. Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee your grades will improve, your test scores will improve or that you pass your PTCB exam.
